Liguria is a coastal region of north-western Italy. Its capital is Genoa. The region is popular for its beaches, towns and cuisine. Pieve di Teco is located approximately 20km inland on the Italian Riveria. It is only 20 - 25 minutes to the beaches and towns of Imperia and Albenga. It is only 40 minutes to the ski site of Monesi and just over an hour to Italy’s famous food and wine region of Piedmont.

Pieve di Teco is a medieval village with an arcade from the 1400s that is lined with local shops and family-run restaurants. It hosts charming antique markets throughout the year and is home to one of the smallest active theatres; Teatro Salvini. The surrounding countryside is mostly forested with some wine and olive oil cultivation. It is a beautiful and picturesque area with many rivers and hiking trails. With unpretentious traditions and a family centred way of life, Pieve di Teco is a true hidden gem.
